The trailer for Vitalik: An 
Ethereum Story, a new feature documentary about Ethereum creator 
Vitalik Buterin and the Ethereum community, has been released and is available for minting as an NFT.
What's the scoop?
- The documentary, filmed over three years across 28 cities in 15 countries, aims to capture the essence of the Ethereum community. The world premiere is scheduled for September 18th, 2024.
- Over the next three days until July 26th, a leaderboard challenge on ethereumfilm.xyz offers rewards and credits for the top minters of the trailer on Zora, with the top three collectors slated for a private pre-screening.
- Notably, this is the first documentary film to fundraise using NFTs, as the effort was originally funded with +1,000 ETH in 2021 through an onchain crowdfund.
